Dear Mr. Vice-President,
I do hope you had a moment to read my letter to you of last week regarding our filing of a Writ of Mandamus to the Supreme Court, requesting an emergency ruling on the tampered with, contaminated and illegal Nov. 8 election, hacked by a foreign power, reported publicly by numerous intelligence agencies, most notably the CIA and FBI with indisputable evidence of this invasion.
Former CIA Director, Michael Morrell, called it “a political 9/11”. Senator McCain called it “an act of War”. With our election hacked, and with the intention of swaying it, but even without that, the election has been invaded, (as in an act of war) and therefore its results are illegal and contaminated. It cannot be allowed to place any candidate from it into office. These candidates were selected by members of the Russian government in one way or another, not by the American People, which is why we have filed the Writ, requesting an emergency ruling.
We therefore ask you Mr. Vice-President, to delay any ratification until the Supreme Court has ruled on this critical case, which will actually determine whether we indeed sustain our Democracy or are instead, through lack of adherence to the rule of law and to the integrity of our Constitution, submit to pressure from other sources, and lose what is a pillar of a Democracy—free and fair elections.
The Federal government has a legal obligation, as you know, Article 4, Sec. 4 of the Constitution, to guarantee the integrity of each state’s election. Clearly, the Federal government has failed in this, a foreign power invaded, which would require nullifying this election, despite possible political consequences, and holding a new, immediate election. This is not political, but according with the rule of law.
We cannot imagine the much worse consequences of our nation caving in to a foreign power’s hacking, an adversarial one at that, and our serious loss of standing among our allies and all other nations. It is too serious a loss to contemplate, which is why it is necessary and obvious for you to refuse to ratify any of the selected members of Congress until the Supreme Court rules on this case, which is expected to be soon.
There will be many others of standing across the country who will welcome that our current Administration take the necessary stand to maintain America’s election and Republic’s integrity.
In advance, and for millions, thank you.
